Remote Simultaneous Interpreting (RSI)
The interpreters’ community was already discussing the pros and cons of remote simultaneous interpreting when the outbreak of COVID-19 rendered use of the service both urgent and crucial. While normality is gradually being restored, it seems that RSI may well be here to stay on account of coronavirus-related concerns, but also due to the benefits surrounding the service. Until we can return to business as usual, we have set up a facility to provide our clients with RSI services. Although our interpreters can still work at a venue –if a safe working environment is provided–, we have partnered with a company of online event organizers and have access to their hub. This means that we can work from our own booths and have full technical support throughout the client’s online event, ensuring that our high-quality interpretation is backed by the seamless sophistication that only technology experts can provide.

In addition, our interpreters have already been covering online corporate presentations, training workshops, consultations, conferences, communications, etc. – all from a safe distance but with the same high quality you would get in any live event.
